If we require some time to look into it, we’ll commit to a clear date by when we’ll get back to you with a solution and proactively follow it up. You won’t have to chase us for it.

We’re so committed to keeping our promise to you, that if we fail to provide you with a solution on time because of a delay from our side, we’ll automatically compensate you.

    When you get in touch with us with an issue or a question, we do our utmost to solve it immediately, right there right then. Should we require some time to look into it, we’ll commit to a clear date by when we’ll get back to you with a solution and proactively follow this up.

    If for any reason we fail to provide a solution on time, we’ll compensate you in value of services related to the products you usually make use of provided by us. Please note that such services are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for any other form of compensation.

    Vodafone SuperCare is included in all public tariffs, at no extra cost. If for any reason we don’t manage to solve your query or issue the first time you ask us or within the time window we clearly communicate to you for reasons of a delay from our side, you will automatically be eligible for compensation.

    For eligible customers on Top-Up plans, the compensation will be given in the form of services on account on the same day when the solution is provided. For eligible pay monthly customers, the compensation will be given against the invoice of the following month.
