Will I be charged when calling a freephone number?
A call to a freephone number in the 800 range, except in the case of those prefixed with 8000, originating from a mobile number will be charged as a call to a fixed number. This charge is included in any bundles of minutes that include calls to fixed numbers.
A call to a freephone number originating from a fixed number is free of charge.
What should I do if my phone gets lost or stolen?
It is important that you contact our Customer Care on 99999247 immediately. After quoting your password to our Customer Care Representatives, your connection will be barred from making outgoing calls.
If on a monthly plan we can also apply an IMEI (serial number) block to stop anyone else from using your phone.
The monthly access fee is still chargeable even though your connection is barred.
If you recover your phone, you will need to contact us to unbar your SIM card. If you have asked for an IMEI block on the phone as well, this may be unblocked straight away.
To block the SIM card until further notice or should you have forgotten your password, you may also visit our Retail and Customer Care Outlets who will also bar your connection upon verification of an ID Document.

In which countries can I use my mobile phone?
Vodafone Malta subscribers can use their phone in countries, where a roaming agreement is in place with the local network providing the service.
