The Network Satisfaction Score (NPS) is based on a monthly measurement of the satisfaction of customers from different providers in Malta. The score is an average of four elements of Network performance i.e. Signal Strength, Voice Quality, Data Speed and Data Connection
It is a means of understanding how many people are happy and satisfied with your service enough to promote your service as their recommended solution to others. The score is calculated by taking the percentage of all those who say they would surely recommend, and from there, subtract the percentage of those who wouldn’t. The result is a score between the range of -100% to +100%. The higher the score, the better.
