    Vodafone Future Jobs Finder Competition - Behind the Spiderverse: Exploring the Inner Web of Film Production and Promotion (the 'Competition')

  • 1.Promoter information: This Competition is provided by Vodafone Group Services Limited Vodafone House, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 2FN (the 'Promoter').
  • 2.By entering this Competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the 'Terms and Conditions'). All information detailing how to enter this Competition forms part of the Terms and Conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that you agree to abide by these rules.
  • 3. Definitions
    • a. Entrant: means any individual who has entered the Competition in accordance with clauses 4 and 5 who adheres to any relevant entry and eligibility requirements;
    • b. 'Finalists': means the Entrant selected as a finalist in accordance with clause 7;
    • c. 'Future Jobs Finder': means the Promoter’s online service tool accessed at: https://futurejobsfinder.vodafone.com/
    • d. 'Participating Country': means Egypt, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Malta, New Zealand, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Turkey and the United Kingdom;
    • e. 'Prize' means:
      • i. i. a trip to Los Angeles for five (5) days which will include a one (1) day workshop with members of Sony Pictures animation staff and a guided tour of Sony Pictures (Part 1);
      • ii. a trip to London for five (5) days which will include three (3) days of creative skills workshops at the Vodafone Group Global Headquarters in Paddington, London (Part 2);
      • iii. Return economy flights for the Winners from Specified Airports to Los Angeles for Part 1 of the Prize;
      • iv. Six (6) nights' accommodation at a hotel of at least 3 stars for Part 1 of the Prize for the Winners;
      • v. Return economy flights for the Winners from Specified Airports to London for Part 2 of the Prize (or suitable alternative travel arrangements for Entrants based in the United Kingdom);
      • vi. Six (6) nights' accommodation at a 3 or 4 star hotel for Part 2 of the Prize for the Winners; and
      • vii. Spending Money equivalent to 1,000 GBP for the duration of Part 1 for each Winner and spending money equivalent to 1,000 GBP for Part 2 for each Winner (the 'Spending Money').
    • f. 'Prize Date': means the relevant calendar dates in April 2019 for Part 1 May 2019 for Part 2 of the Prize to take place, with the exact travel dates for Part 1 and Part 2 to be determined by the Promoter when the Finalists are selected.
    • g. 'Sony Pictures': means Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc.
    • h. 'Specified Airports': means the international airports in the Participating Countries in which the Winners reside and which will be specified by the Promoter when the Winners are selected;
    • i. 'Vodafone Group Global Headquarters': means One Kingdom Street, Paddington Central, London, W2 6BY United Kingdom.
    • j. 'Winner' or 'Winners': means the Finalists selected as the Winners in accordance with clause 7.
  • 4. How to enter:
    • a. In order to enter this Competition, participants must:
      • i. Go to the Vodafone 'Future Jobs Finder' tool at https://futurejobsfinder.vodafone.com/, select the 'Get Started' button and accept the Terms and Conditions and privacy statement for the tool;
      • ii. Complete the online test to find out their best match careers;
      • iii. Once the test has been completed, participants may enter the Competition by clicking on the 'Enter Competition' button, completing an entry form, and answering the question 'What is your career super power?'. The answer must be 500 characters or less.
    • b. Please note, for the avoidance of doubt, completion of the online test only will not be sufficient to enter the Competition.
    • c. Entrants must enter the Competition using their legal name and must provide their email address, address (including postcode), telephone number, age and country of residence.
  • 5. Eligibility
    • a. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Proof of I.D. may be required.
    • b. Entry is free of charge. Internet access is required, and so you may incur costs depending upon your mobile/internet tariff.
    • c. No person may enter the Competition more than once and persons may not enter on behalf of any other person.
    • d. All entries must be submitted in English.
    • e. Entries which are incomplete, misspelt, incomprehensible, or plagiarised are void and will not be entered into this Competition.
    • f. The Entrant must be available to travel during the Prize Date. Please note that Part 1 and Part 2 of Prize may not take place over consecutive weeks.
    • g. The Entrant must hold a valid passport which expires no earlier than six months after the end of the Prize Date.
    • h. Entrants must have a good command of written and spoken English.
    • i. Additional visa/insurance requirements apply. The Entrant is responsible for ensuring they are able to visit, and gain entry to, the applicable country or countries.
    • j. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and/or any third party prize provider may not enter this Competition.
  • 6. Promotion Period
    This Competition will start on 17 December 2018. The closing date for this Competition will be 31 January 2019 (the 'Closing Date'). All entries received after the Closing Date will be invalid.
  • 7. Selection of the finalists and winners
    • a. One Entrant will be selected as a Finalist from each Participating Country.
    • b. All entries will be examined. The Finalists and Winners will be selected from eligible entries by panels of judges, each panel including one independent member, which will be appointed by the Promoter.
    • c. The selection of Finalists will be based on the answer submitted in response to the question ‘what is your career superpower?’ and each Finalist selected will be the Entrant considered by the panel of judges to be the most creative answer out of all eligible entries submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The decision of the panel of judges (acting reasonably) will be final.
    • d. The Finalists will be notified within five (5) days of selection via the email address and/or telephone number used to enter the Competition (“Finalist Notification”) and will be required to submit a video, motivating why they should be selected as one of the two Winners.
    • e. Finalists will be invited to create and upload their video within seven (7) days of Finalist Notification. Instructions for upload will be provided by the Promoter.
    • f. Uploading a video within seven (7) days is a requirement to win the Prize.
    • g. The Winners of the Competition will be two of the Finalists considered to have submitted the most creative and well xecuted video as determined by a panel of judges. For the avoidance of doubt, the answer provided in response to the question ‘what is your career superpower?’ will not be considered by a panel of judges for this part of the selection process. The decision of the panel of judges (acting reasonably) will be final.
    • h. Creativity will be judged on, concept, storytelling, persuasiveness, originality, authenticity and artistic style; or such other criteria as the judges find relevant.
    • i. Execution will be judged on, clarity of expression, presentation and overall quality of the video; or such other criteria as the judges find relevant.
    • j. The names of the judges are available on request.
    • 8. Notification and acceptance of the prize
      • a. The Winners will be notified within five (5) days of selection in accordance with clause 7 ('Winner Notification').
      • b. Each Winner must confirm acceptance of the Prize within 48 hours of Winner Notification and must confirm eligibility (including acceptance of the Prize Date) in accordance with clause 5 within ten (10) working days from Winner Notification.
      • c. If one or both Winners cannot be contacted or do not confirm acceptance of the Prize within 48 hours of Winner Notification as per the above clause, the Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will pick a replacement Winner/s from the remaining Finalists. The Prize will also be forfeited if, at any time, the Winner/s are found to have been ineligible to enter the Competition.
    • 9. The Prize
      • a.There will be two (2) Winners in total and each Winner will be awarded the Prize, which comprises both Part 1 trip and Part 2 trip, which do not take place consecutively.
      • b. Proposed itinerary (the 'Itinerary') of the Prize is as follows, the Promotor reserves the right to amend the Itinerary where reasonably necessary:
        • 1. Part 1 of the Prize:
          • i. Day one: Flight from Specified Airport to LAX. Arrive at hotel.
          • ii. Day two: workshop with three members of Sony Pictures animation staff (one hour with each member) who worked on the movie.
          • iii. Day three: guided tour of Sony Pictures studio.
          • iv. Day four: free time.
          • v. Day five: free time.
          • vi. Day six: flight from LAX to Specified Airport.
        • 2. Part 2 of the Prize:
          • i. Day one: flight from Specified Airport to London. Arrive at hotel.
          • ii. Day two: creative skills workshop learning about topics, which may include branding, digital marketing, product design, public relations and social media at Vodafone.
          • iii. Day three: creative skills workshop learning about topics, which may include branding, digital marketing, product design, public relations and social media at Vodafone.
          • iv. Day four: creative skills workshop learning about topics, which may include branding, digital marketing, product design, public relations and social media at Vodafone.
          • v. Day five: free time.
          • vi. Day six: flight from London to Specified Airport.
      • c. The Prize is as stated and there is no cash or alternative prizes. Each Winner must accept the Prize in the form offered.
      • d. The Prize is non-transferable and non-negotiable. If a Winner does not take any element of the Prize at the time stipulated by us (or any relevant third party prize provider) the Prize will be forfeited by the Winner in its entirety and another Winner will be selected from the remaining Finalists selected by the panels in accordance with clause 7.
      • e. Each Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not specified in description of the Prize, except:
        • i. i. all Entrants resident in Hungary acknowledge and accept that the Prize may be taxable in Hungary as an income from self-employment activities in line with Section 16 of Act CXVII of 1995 on Personal Income Tax. In the case of a Hungarian winner, Vodafone Hungary Ltd. may pay the respective tax on behalf of a Hungarian Winner and, as a result, a Hungarian Winner will not be required to pay the tax associated with the Prize. However, the Hungarian Entrant acknowledges that in case he / she is selected as a Winner of the Prize, he/she remains responsible for filing the relevant tax returns (administration) in line with the relevant regulations;
        • ii. For the avoidance of doubt, any tax payable by Winners selected from Participating Countries other than Hungary remains the responsibility of that Winner, but may be reimbursed by the Vodafone operating company in the relevant Participating Country at its sole discretion.
      • f. The Prize does not include: items of a personal nature, any additional travel costs not specified in the Prize, including travel to/from Specified Airport; any other excursions, travel, accommodation, attractions or trips not outlined in the Itinerary; any other personal or medical costs; travel insurance and visas; any vaccination costs; any additional luggage allowance; accommodation extras such as room service or laundry.
      • g. Unspent Spending Money for each part of the Prize is not redeemable or transferable.
      • h. Breakfast is included in the Prize, and the Promoter will provide lunch during the days spent at Sony Pictures and Vodafone. Lunch for all other days, and all dinners to be funded from the allocated Spending Money provided to each Winner. It is the responsibility of each Winner to budget the use of their Spending Money.
      • i. The Winners are responsible for making their own way to the Specified Airport.
      • j. The Winners shall comply with the terms and limitations of transport providers and the venues involved in the provision of the Prize, including any insurance policy. In particular, the Winners shall, comply with all health and safety guidelines and instructions and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any Winner arising out of their failure to comply.
      • k. The Winners hold the necessary visa and/or passport for travel to the United States and United Kingdom. The passport, and its holder, must not be subject to any restrictions on their rights to travel to and from the applicable country or countries. The Promoter shall not be responsible for ensuring your ability to travel nor for any additional costs incurred should you be refused entry to the applicable country or countries.
      • l. The Winners shall obtain at their own cost all relevant visas and insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance) which may be required by the Promoter to be taken. For the United States, the Winners will be required to apply for an Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA).
      • m. The Promoter may require evidence or confirmation from the Winners that they are in possession of valid passports and that the relevant visas and insurance have been obtained before travel. If the relevant evidence cannot be provided upon request, the Winner/s will forfeit the Prize and another Winner will be selected from the remaining Finalists selected by the panels in accordance with clause 7.
      • n. Obtaining time off work and/or study or related activities to participate in the Competition and/or take the Prize will be the sole and absolute responsibility of each Entrant.
      • o. The Winners will not complete any work for the Promoter or Sony Pictures during Part 1 and Part 2 of the Prize. The Winners are invited to participate in skills based learning workshops and experiences as specified in the Itinerary only.
    • 10. Publicity and Personal Information
      • a. All Entrants and particularly the Finalists and Winners may be required by us to participate in photo, recording, video and/or film session(s), but we will not do this without your consent.
      • b. By entering the Competition, the Winners may be asked to do a “take-over” of one of the Promoter’s (or third party prize providers’) social media channels (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) to showcase their experience, but we will not do this without your consent.
      • c. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the privacy policy located at Privacy Statement.
    • 11. General
      • a. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this Competition at any time.
      • b. Where the Promoter identifies, or reasonably suspects, that one or more Entrants have breached these terms, the Promoter has the right to disqualify such Entrant(s).
      • c. If the Promoter is unable to provide all or part of the Prize through no fault of the Winner/s, the Promoter has the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
      • d. The Prize may be subject to terms and conditions issued by a third party provider of any part of the Prize. The Winners acknowledge that the Promoter is not liable or responsible for a third party prize provider’s failure to provide all or part of the Prize.
      • e. Decisions relating to the Competition and/or redemption of the Prize are final. Tiebreakers, disputes, conflicts, questions or concerns will be managed by the Promoter. Any Entrant attempting to contact a judge will be disqualified from the Competition.
      • f. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from the Entrants error, computer malfunction, viruses, bugs or other such causes.
      • g. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for Competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Competition.
      • h. The Promoter is in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third party web sites or home page access or where any reproduction of the information relating to this Competition misstates or omits any of the information or Terms and Conditions connected with the Competition.
      • i. By entering the Competition, the Entrant indemnifies the Promoter against any and all actions, claims, damages, expenses or liabilities suffered or incurred directly or indirectly by us in consequence of any breach or alleged breach, non-performance or non-observation by the Entrant of any agreement, conditions, obligation or warranty on the part of the Entrant
      • j. By entering the Competition, all Entrants grant the Promoter to the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law a worldwide, sole, royalty-free perpetual and irrevocable licence to the copyright in their entry (including any content produced by the Finalists for the selection of the Winners). Please note, for the avoidance of doubt, this licence fully reserves the right of the Entrant to fully exploit the copyright themselves.
      • k. You agree that you are not an agent of the Promotor and/or Sony Pictures and that redemption of the Prize does not result in employment with the Promoter and/or Sony Pictures.
      • l. The Promoter is not responsible for actions of the Winners during travel.
      • m. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This choice of law shall not apply insofar as the Entrant is deprived of the protection afforded to him by those provisions which may not be derogated by agreement under the law of the Participating Country in which the Entrant has his habitual residence. Any claims and/or disputes arising out or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

  • 1.Vodafone RED S Tango Plan (‘Tariff Plan’) is offered as a promotional plan by Vodafone Malta Limited ('we') to its new and existing customers ('you' or ‘Member’ or ’Head’ as indicated in the Sign Up Form) under these terms and conditions (‘Specific Terms and Conditions’). The Tariff Plan consists of a combination of two monthly bundles of your choice, RED S Tango Data and/or RED S Tango Calls (‘Monthly Bundle/s’), where one Monthly Bundle is assigned to the Head and the other is assigned to the Member (‘Line/s’). For the avoidance of doubt, in order to benefit from this Tariff Plan, there always has to be two (2) individuals, the Head and the Member, subscribed to the Tariff Plan.
  • 2.You may subscribe to the Tariff Plan as from the 5th February 2018. This version of the Specific Terms and Conditions is applicable as from 5th February 2018. This promotion is available till the 31st December 2018, unless extended by us.
  • 3.These Specific terms and conditions form an integral part of your Agreement for the provision of the services included in this Tariff Plan. These Specific Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between the Head, Member and us and must be read in conjunction with (i) Vodafone General Terms and Conditions, (ii) Vodafone Secure E-Billing Service Terms and Conditions, (iii) Rest of World Vodafone Traveller, (iv) Quality of Service term, (v) 4G Service terms, and any other terms and conditions that might be referred therein. In the event of a conflict between any of the terms these Specific Terms and Conditions supersede the other terms and the applicable precedence thereinafter shall be the order in which the terms are mentioned in this term 3 (highest level of precedence first).
  • 4.Vodafone reserves the right to limit the number of Tariff Plans offered to a single person/legal entity.
  • 5. Tariff Plan and Monthly Access Fee
    • 5.1 5All rates and charges quoted below are inclusive of VAT but are exclusive of excise tax or any other taxes which may be applicable.
    • 5.2 Upon entering into a two (2) year agreement (‘Agreement’), the Head and the Member will benefit from the discounted Tariff Plan at sixty (€60) Euro each month (‘Discounted Monthly Access Fee’) for a 2-SIM combination of two Monthly Bundles. This Tariff Plan is available only when choosing Direct Debit Mandate (‘DDM’) as a method of payment. The Discounted Monthly Access Fee shall be paid by the Head as further stipulated in term 13 below.
    • 5.3 For the avoidance of any doubt, once the term of the Agreement expires, the Head and the Member will stop benefiting from the discount provided with this Tariff Plan and both their Lines will be migrated to the standalone Monthly Bundles with a monthly access fee of thirty-five (€35) Euros each, both of which shall continue to be payable by the Head.
    • 5.4 In the event that you use your mobile handset before receiving the SMS notification confirming your successful subscription to the Tariff Plan, you shall automatically be charged according to the tariff plan you would be subscribed to prior to this subscription.
  • 6. Monthly Allowance
    • 6.1 Upon subscribing to the Tariff Plan you can choose to benefit from one of the following Monthly Bundles.
    • 6.2 Upon subscribing to the RED S Tango Data you will benefit from the Monthly Bundle that includes:
      Local Usage Unlimited minutes to all local Vodafone mobile numbers
      100 minutes to Malta and EU;
      Unlimited SMSs to all local Vodafone mobile numbers
      100 SMSs to Malta and EU;
      Usage whilst abroad in EU countries Free incoming calls
      100 minutes to Malta and EU
      100 SMSs to Malta and EU
      Data 5 GB Internet on your mobile to use in Malta and in EU
    • 6.3 Upon subscribing to the RED S Tango Calls you will benefit from the Monthly Bundle that includes:
      Local Usage Unlimited minutes to all local and EU numbers
      Unlimited SMSs to all local and EU numbers
      Usage whilst abroad in EU countries Free incoming calls
      Unlimited minutes to Malta and EU numbers
      Unlimited SMSs to Malta and EU numbers
      Data 1.5 GB Internet on your mobile to use in Malta and in EU
    • 6.4 The above mentioned benefits included in the Monthly Bundle shall be provided on a monthly basis and any unutilised minutes/SMSs/data at the end of the month shall not be carried forward to the following months.
    • 6.5 For the first month of the Service, the Monthly Bundles will be allocated on a pro-rata basis. This means that only a proportion of the Discounted Monthly Access Fee will be charged and you will receive a proportion of the Monthly Bundle, calculated based on the number of days between your sign-up date and the date of the first billing cycle.
    • 6.6 Any activity made towards premium-rated or other special numbers will not be consumed from the Monthly Bundle and will be charged separately, for more information see Rates for other services applicable in Malta and EU specified in term 7 below.
    • 6.7 You may check/monitor your Monthly Bundle usage for calls/SMS/data usage originating from Malta by sending a blank SMS to 16290 free of charge. For the avoidance of any doubt, this does not apply whilst roaming and it is not available on the first month of activation.
  • 7. Rates outside Monthly Bundle and Information on Charges
    • 7.1 Any usage beyond what is provided in the Monthly Bundle for this Tariff Plan shall be charged at the rates provided in this term 7 as outlined below.
    • 7.2 All rates and charges quoted below are inclusive of VAT but are exclusive of excise tax or any other taxes which may be applicable.
    • 7.3 Out of Bundle Rates:

      All Local and EU Calls from Malta €0.25c per minute. Calls lasting less than 1 minute shall be charged at a flat rate of €0.25c per call
      Local & EU Roaming Data Usage Any data usage consumed out of your data allowance will be charged at €5 per 500MB. This bundle will commence once all the data allowance within the tariff is consumed and recur indefinitely until the end of the month
      Local and EU SMS from Malta €0.05c per SMS
      Calls to Malta and EU when in EU €0.25c per minute, charged for the 1st 30 seconds and per second thereafter.
      Calls to Rest of World whilst travelling in EU countries Same calling charges apply as per the Term 7.5.

  • 8. Roaming:
    • 8.1 The EU roaming benefits provided with this Tariff Plan are subject to the Fair Use Policy in line with the EU Regulations further explained under Term 13.2. of General Terms and Conditions.
    • 8.2 The Monthly Bundle provided with this Tariff Plan does not apply whilst roaming in Rest of World countries. When roaming in Rest of World countries, the Rest of World Vodafone Traveller tariff plan together with the respective terms and conditions shall apply. This is the default tariff when roaming in Rest of World countries on this Tariff Plan. You may not opt from the Rest of World Vodafone Traveller tariff plan.
    • 8.3 Call our Customer Care on 247, send an email on 247.mt@vodafone.com or visit our website on www.vodafone.com.mt to view our Rest of World Vodafone Traveller tariff plan terms and conditions.
  • 9. Administrative charges
    • 9.1 The following administrative charges shall apply in any of the following circumstances when subscribed to this Tariff Plan and shall be paid by the Head:

      Suspension of Service – reconnection charge €10

    • 9.2 These charges cover the work involved in processing each request/payment instructions as well as any stationary costs relative thereto.
    • 9.3 The Member can request any services that incur any administrative charge only with Head’s authorisation.
  • 10. Add-On Packs
    • 10.1 Once on this Tariff Plan, the Head may opt to benefit from Add-On Packs at an additional monthly fee. The Head is entitled to add/remove any Add-Ons to/from any of the Lines, and the Member is agreeing that any Add-Ons can be added or removed to his/her Line by the Head without his/her authorisation.
    • 10.2 The Member is not entitled to add/remove any Add-Ons to/from any of the Lines.
    • 10.3 For more information about which Add-On Packs are available with this Tariff Plan, call 247 free of charge from your handset, visit one of our retail outlets, or visit our website.
  • 11. Migration, Termination, Cancellation and Penalties
    • 11.1 Migrations
      • 11.1.1 The Lines can be migrated only between Monthly Bundles that are provided with this Tariff Plan, i.e. RED S Tango Data to/from RED S Tango Calls as may be applicable. Only the Head is entitled to make such migration in respect of both Lines, and the Member is automatically accepting such conditions.
      • 11.1.2 Any migration to other pay monthly tariff plans (with lower or higher monthly access fee) or to prepaid plans shall be treated as a termination of this Agreement in accordance with term 11.2 below. The Head is entitled to migrate to any other pay monthly tariff plans and therefore terminate this Agreement without Member’s authorisation.
      • 11.1.3 The Member can migrate his/her Line only with the Head’s authorisation subject to the provisions of term 12.1 below.
    • 11.2 Termination
      • 11.2.1 The Head can terminate the Agreement without authorisation from the Member.
      • 11.2.2 Without prejudice to term 15.2 below, the Member does not have the right to terminate the Agreement without the Head’s authorisation.
      • 11.2.3 Should the Agreement be terminated by the Head in accordance with term 11.2.1 above, the Head shall inform the Member that he/she will no longer benefit from this Tariff Plan and the Member will be automatically migrated to the standalone Monthly Bundle with a monthly access fee of thirty-five (€35) Euros. The Member shall be thereinafter responsible to pay any and all charges in relation to such Monthly Bundle. The Member shall visit one of our retail outlets to provide us with his/her personal e-mail address for e-billing purposes and/or to inform us if he/she would like to migrate the Line to another pay monthly or pre-paid plan.
      • 11.2.4 Upon termination of this Agreement the Head will be automatically migrated to the standalone Monthly Bundle with a monthly access fee of thirty-five (€35) Euros. The Head shall be thereinafter responsible to pay any and all charges in relation such Monthly Bundle in accordance with term 14 below. The Head shall visit one of our retail outlets to inform us if he/she would like to migrate the Line to another pay monthly or pre-paid plan.
      • 11.2.5 Should the Agreement be terminated prior to its expiry, the Head shall be liable to pay any applicable penalties as set forth under term 11.4 below and any other charges related to such termination, unless provided otherwise herein.
      • 11.2.6 Should the Member decide to port-out his/her number during the term of the Agreement then the Member shall be liable to pay the penalty as set forth under term 11.4 below.
    • 11.3 Cancellation
      • 11.3.1 Head or Member does not have the right to cancel each other’s Line. The Head has the right to cancel his/her Line, and such cancellation shall be treated as a termination of this Agreement in accordance with term 11.2 above. The Member can cancel its Line only with Head’s authorisation.
    • 11.4 Penalty structure:
      • 11.4.1 A penalty of 30 % of the Discounted Monthly Access Fee x remaining months till the Agreement expiration shall apply upon disconnection and/or termination of this Agreement and payable by the Head or the Member as provided herein.
  • 12. Transfers of Lines
    • 12.1 The Head has the right to remove the Member’s Line from this Tariff Plan and replace it with other line as a new member. For any avoidance of doubt the Head is only allowed to replace the Member once for the duration of the Agreement and to pay a penalty of € 100 for such replacement.
    • 12.2 The removed Member’s Line shall be treated in accordance with term 11.2.3 above and a new member has to accept these Specific Tariff Plans and Conditions.
    • 12.3 The Member can request a change in ownership of his/her Line only if authorised by the Head. The change of ownership of Member’s Line can only happen once for the duration of the Agreement, free of charge, a second change of ownership shall be treated as a replacement of the Member in accordance with term 12.1 above.
    • 12.4 Should the Member port-out his Line in accordance with term 11.2.6 above then the Head will continue benefiting from this Agreement and be given the opportunity to replace the Member that has ported-out, free of charge. Should the Head decide to terminate this Agreement as a result of not finding a replacement for the Member then the Head shall be migrated to a standalone pay-monthly tariff of his choice without incurring any penalty.
  • 13. Transfers of Lines
    • 13.1 We do not guarantee that the Agreement can be renewed under the same terms after its expiry.
    • 13.2 Upon expiry of the Agreement you may subscribe to a new tariff plan at that time offered by us.
  • 14. Payment & Billing
    • 14.1 The Head shall be liable to pay all charges incurred in relation to this Tariff Plan, including but not limited to the Discounted Monthly Access Fee, charges for any out of bundle usage incurred from both Lines (including but not limited to any roaming, international and/or donation charges) and all administrative costs.
    • 14.2 For the first month of the Agreement, the Discounted Monthly Access Fee will be calculated on a pro rata basis according to the effective date of the Agreement and shall be charged in arrears together with any out of Bundle Monthly usage. Thereafter, the Discounted Monthly Access Fee will be charged together with any Out of Bundle Monthly usage, and shall be charged in arrears.
    • 14.3 The Head shall subscribe to DDM and provide us with his/her bank account details and authorise us to directly debit any charges incurred in relation to this Tariff Plan, on a monthly basis. Such bank account details can be changed or updated only by the Head.
    • 14.4 The Head is requested to apply for our secure e-billing service by providing us his/her personal e-mail address upon subscription and he/she will receive a monthly notification, informing that an e-bill for both Lines has been issued. If the Head fails to provide us with such email address for e-billing purposes, an administrative fee of €2 per invoice to refund our processing and stationary costs for issuing paper bills shall apply. The personal email address for e-billing purposes can be changed or updated only by the Head.
    • 14.5 The Head will receive invoices for both Lines included in this Tariff Plan. The Member consents that any personal data and tariff related information that are included in the invoice of his/her Line will be disclosed to the Head. Only the Head can request invoice resending and issuing and/or reprinting of statement.
    • 14.6 The Member and the Head acknowledge that only the Head has the right to request and receive an itemized bill for both Lines. The Member can request an itemised bill only in relation to his/her Line subject to term 9.3 above.
    • 14.7 In the event that invoice/s are not being paid by the Head within the stipulated due date, we reserve the right to restrict, suspend, and/or disconnect both Lines without notification. Upon suspension of service, we shall apply administrative charges in accordance with term 9 above.
    • 14.8 If we suspend or disconnect your Line/s because of the failure to pay the invoices, we are entitled to recover any due charges as follows:
      • 14.8.1 We are entitled to recover from the Head any and all charges due in respect of this Tariff Plan.
      • 14.8.2 Should we not be able to recover the charges mentioned in term 14.8.1 above from the Head, we will be entitled to recover from the Member any charges related to his/her Line.
  • 15. General Information on this Tariff Plan
    • 15.1 When subscribe to this Tariff Plan, you are automatically accepting to adhere to these Specific Terms and Conditions.
    • 15.2 We reserve the right to suspend indefinitely or for a definite period, amend/alter/delete or terminate these terms and conditions at any time (collectively the 'Modifications'), by giving you a 30 calendar days’ prior written notice with the proposed amendments/alterations or stating the reason for the Modifications thereof. Should you disagree with the proposed Modifications during the 30-day time-period, you shall have the right to opt-out from your Tariff Plan by informing us of your decision to this effect without incurring any penalties for early termination of your Tariff Plan. Your continued use of the service after the expiration of the 30-day time-period signifies your acceptance of any amendment and you may incur penalties should you decide to opt-out of your Tariff Plan.
    • 15.3 From time to time we may modify the standard settings and/or features of your Tariff Plan to offer an additional value. Such changes might include increasing your data, voice or text allowances or improving your connectivity speeds. In case that such changes are approved and considered to be inherently beneficial by the Malta Communication Authority in accordance with applicable laws, we will inform you about the changes by giving you a 1-day prior written notice and term 14.2 will not apply.

  • 1.Vodafone Malta Limited (‘we’) is some of its postpaid customers (‘you’), the opportunity participate in the ‘Thank You Campaign’ (the 'Promotion') subject to these terms and conditions.

  • 1. The Vodafone Simple Calls pay monthly tariff plan (‘Tariff Plan’) is offered by Vodafone Malta Limited ('we') to its new and existing customers ('you') under these terms and conditions (‘Specific Terms and Conditions’).
  • 2. You may subscribe to the Tariff Plan as from the 1st August 2018. This version of the Specific Terms and Conditions is applicable as from 1st August 2018.
  • 3. These Specific terms and conditions form an integral part of your Agreement for the provision of the services included in this Tariff Plan. These Specific Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between and must be read in conjunction with (i) Vodafone General Terms and Conditions, (ii) Vodafone Secure E-Billing Service Terms and Conditions, (iii) Rest of World Vodafone Traveller, (iv) Quality of Service term, (v) 4G Service terms, and any other terms and conditions that might be referred therein. In the event of a conflict between any of the terms, the applicable precedence shall be the order in which the terms are mentioned in this term 3 (highest level of precedence first).
  • 4. Vodafone reserves the right to limit the number of Tariff Plans offered to a single person/legal entity
  • 5. Tariff Plan and Monthly Access Fee
    • 5.1. All rates and charges quoted below are inclusive of VAT but are exclusive of excise tax or any other taxes which may be applicable.
    • 5.2. Upon entering into a two (2) year agreement (‘Agreement’), you can benefit from the below bundle (the ‘Monthly Bundle’), at twenty-five (€25) Euros each month when choosing Direct Debit Mandate (‘DDM’) as your method of payment.
    • 5.3. Upon entering into a one (1) year agreement(‘Agreement’), you can benefit from the Monthly Bundle at thirty (€30) Euros each month when choosing DDM.
    • 5.4. For the avoidance of doubt, once your Agreement term expires, you will continue benefiting from the Monthly Bundle on a rollover basis at thirty (€30) Euros each month when choosing DDM.
    • 5.5. If you do not choose DDM as your method of payment, an administrative fee of one euro and fifty cents (€1.50) will be added to your Monthly Access Fee indicated in term 5.2 or 5.3.
    • 5.6. In the event that you use your mobile handset before receiving the SMS notification confirming your successful subscription to the Monthly Bundle, you shall automatically be charged according to the tariff plan you would be subscribed to prior to this subscription.
  • 6. Monthly Bundle
    • 6.1 Upon subscribing to the Tariff Plan you will benefit from the Monthly Bundle that includes:

      Local Usage Unlimited minutes to all local Vodafone mobile numbers
      100 minutes to any local mobile provider.
      Unlimited SMSs to all local Vodafone mobile numbers.
      100 SMS to any local mobile provider.
      Usage whilst abroad in EU countries Free incoming calls
      100 Minutes & SMS to Malta and whilst travelling in EU
      Data 1 GB Internet on Your Mobile to use in Malta and in EU
    • 6.2 The above mentioned benefits included in the Monthly Bundle shall be provided on a monthly basis and any unutilised minutes/SMSs/data at the end of the month shall not be carried forward to the following months.
    • 6.3 For the first month of the Service, the Monthly Bundles will be allocated on a pro-rata basis. This means that you will pay a proportion of your Monthly Access Free and you will receive a proportion of the Monthly Bundle, calculated based on the number of days between your sign-up date and the date of the first billing cycle
    • 6.4 Any activity made towards premium-rated or other special numbers will not be consumed from the Monthly Bundle and will be charged separately, for more information see Rates for other services applicable in Malta and EU specified in Term 7 below.
    • 6.5 You may check/monitor your Monthly Bundle usage for calls/SMS/data usage originating from Malta by sending a blank SMS to 16290 free of charge. For the avoidance of any doubt, this does not apply whilst roaming and it is not available on the first month of activation.
  • 7. Rates outside Monthly Bundle and Information on Charges
    • 7.1 Any usage beyond what is provided in the Monthly Bundle for this Tariff Plan shall be charged at the rates provided in this term 7 as outlined below.
    • 7.2 All rates and charges quoted below are inclusive of VAT but are exclusive of excise tax or any other taxes which may be applicable
    • 7.3 Out of Bundle Rates:

    • 8.1. The EU roaming benefits provided with this Tariff Plan are subject to the Fair Use Policy in line with the EU Regulations further explained under Term 13.2. of General Terms and Conditions.
    • 8.2. The Monthly Bundle provided with this Tariff Plan does not apply whilst roaming in Rest of World countries. When roaming in Rest of World countries, the Rest of World Vodafone Traveller tariff plan together with the respective terms and conditions shall apply. This is the default tariff when roaming in Rest of World countries on this Tariff Plan. You may not opt from the Rest of World Vodafone Traveller tariff plan.

  • 9. Administrative charges
    • 9.1. The following administrative charges shall apply in any of the following circumstances when subscribed to this Tariff Plan:

    • 10.1. Once on this Tariff Plan, you may opt to benefit from Add-On Packs at an additional monthly fee. For more information on which Add-On Packs are available with this Tariff Plan, call 247, free of charge from your handset, visit one of our retail outlets, or visit our website.
  • 11. Disconnections, Migrations and Penalties
    • 11.1. A penalty shall apply upon disconnection and termination (prior to the expiration of your Agreement) or upon migration to another pay monthly tariff plan with a lower Monthly Access Fee.
    • 11.2. Penalty structure for 1 year Agreements:

  • 12. Renewals

  • 13. Payment
    • 13.1. You are requested to apply for our secure e-billing service by providing us with your personal e-mail address upon subscription and you will receive a monthly notification, informing you that your e-bill has been issued. If you fail to provide us with your personal email address for e-billing purposes, you shall be charged an administrative fee of €2 per invoice to refund our processing and stationary costs for issuing paper bills.
    • 13.2. For the first month of your Agreement, the Access Fee will be calculated on a pro rata basis according to the effective date of your Agreement and shall be charged in arrears together with any out of Monthly Bundle usage. Thereafter you shall be charged the Monthly Access Fee together with any Out of Monthly Bundle usage, and shall be charged in arrears.
  • 14. General Information on this Tariff Plan
    • 14.1. When you subscribe to this Tariff Plan, you are automatically accepting to adhere to these Specific Terms and Conditions.
    • 14.2. We reserve the right to suspend indefinitely or for a definite period, amend/alter/delete or terminate these terms and conditions at any time (collectively the 'Modifications'), by giving you a 30 calendar days’ prior written notice with the proposed amendments/alterations or stating the reason for the Modifications thereof. Should you disagree with the proposed Modifications during the 30-day time-period, you shall have the right to opt-out from your Tariff Plan by informing us of your decision to this effect without incurring any penalties for early termination of your Tariff Plan. Your continued use of the service after the expiration of the 30-day time-period signifies your acceptance of any amendment and you may incur penalties should you decide to opt-out of your Tariff Plan.
    • 14.3. From time to time we may modify the standard settings and/or features of your Tariff Plan to offer an additional value. Such changes might include increasing your data, voice or text allowances or improving your connectivity speeds. In case that such changes are approved and considered to be inherently beneficial by the Malta Communication Authority in accordance with applicable laws, we will inform you about the changes by giving you a 1-day prior written notice and term 14.2 will not apply.

    • 6.2 The above mentioned benefits included in the Monthly Bundle shall be provided on a monthly basis and any unutilised minutes/SMSs/data at the end of the month shall not be carried forward to the following months.
    • 6.3 For the first month of the Service, the Monthly Bundles will be allocated on a pro-rata basis. This means that you will pay a proportion of your Monthly Access Free and you will receive a proportion of the Monthly Bundle, calculated based on the number of days between your sign-up date and the date of the first billing cycle.
    • 6.4 Any activity made towards premium-rated or other special numbers will not be consumed from the Monthly Bundle and will be charged separately, for more information see Rates for other services applicable in Malta and EU specified in Term 7 below.
    • 6.5 You may check/monitor your Monthly Bundle usage for calls/SMS/data usage originating from Malta by sending a blank SMS to 16290 free of charge. For the avoidance of any doubt, this does not apply whilst roaming and it is not available on the first month of activation.
  • 7. Rates outside Monthly Bundle and Information on Charges
    • 7.1 Any usage beyond what is provided in the Monthly Bundle for this Tariff Plan shall be charged at the rates provided in this term 7 as outlined below.
    • 7.2 All rates and charges quoted below are inclusive of VAT but are exclusive of excise tax or any other taxes which may be applicable.
    • 7.3 Out of Bundle Rates:

  • 8. Roaming
    • 8.1. The EU roaming benefits provided with this Tariff Plan are subject to the Fair Use Policy in line with the EU Regulations further explained under Term 13.2. of General Terms and Conditions.
    • 8.2. The Monthly Bundle provided with this Tariff Plan does not apply whilst roaming in Rest of World countries. When roaming in Rest of World countries, the Rest of World Vodafone Traveller tariff plan together with the respective terms and conditions shall apply. This is the default tariff when roaming in Rest of World countries on this Tariff Plan. You may not opt from the Rest of World Vodafone Traveller tariff plan.

  • 9. Administrative charges
    • 9.1. The following administrative charges shall apply in any of the following circumstances when subscribed to this Tariff Plan:

    • 10.1. Once on this Tariff Plan, you may opt to benefit from Add-On Packs at an additional monthly fee. For more information on which Add-On Packs are available with this Tariff Plan, call 247, free of charge from your handset, visit one of our retail outlets, or visit our website.
  • 11. Disconnections, Migrations and Penalties
    • 11.1. A penalty shall apply upon disconnection and termination (prior to the expiration of your Agreement) or upon migration to another pay monthly tariff plan with a lower Monthly Access Fee.

  • 12. Renewals

  • 13. Payment
    • 13.1. You are requested to apply for our secure e-billing service by providing us with your personal e-mail address upon subscription and you will receive a monthly notification, informing you that your e-bill has been issued. If you fail to provide us with your personal email address for e-billing purposes, you shall be charged an administrative fee of €2 per invoice to refund our processing and stationary costs for issuing paper bills.
    • 13.2. For the first month of your Agreement, the Access Fee will be calculated on a pro rata basis according to the effective date of your Agreement and shall be charged in arrears together with any out of Monthly Bundle usage. Thereafter you shall be charged the Monthly Access Fee together with any Out of Monthly Bundle usage, and shall be charged in arrears.
  • 14. General Information on this Tariff Plan
    • 14.1. When you subscribe to this Tariff Plan, you are automatically accepting to adhere to these Specific Terms and Conditions.
    • 14.2. We reserve the right to suspend indefinitely or for a definite period, amend/alter/delete or terminate these terms and conditions at any time (collectively the 'Modifications'), by giving you a 30 calendar days’ prior written notice with the proposed amendments/alterations or stating the reason for the Modifications thereof. Should you disagree with the proposed Modifications during the 30-day time-period, you shall have the right to opt-out from your Tariff Plan by informing us of your decision to this effect without incurring any penalties for early termination of your Tariff Plan. Your continued use of the service after the expiration of the 30-day time-period signifies your acceptance of any amendment and you may incur penalties should you decide to opt-out of your Tariff Plan.
    • 14.3. From time to time we may modify the standard settings and/or features of your Tariff Plan to offer an additional value. Such changes might include increasing your data, voice or text allowances or improving your connectivity speeds. In case that such changes are approved and considered to be inherently beneficial by the Malta Communication Authority in accordance with applicable laws, we will inform you about the changes by giving you a 1-day prior written notice and term 14.2 will not apply.

  • 1. Vodafone Malta Limited (‘we’) is offering its new customers joining the REMIX plan and existing Vodafone customer joining the REMIX plan (‘you’), the opportunity to participate in the Vodafone University Fresher’s Week Shake Game (the ’Game’ or the ‘Promotion’) subject to these terms and conditions.
  • 2. Enter into the chance of winning one of the following prizes (the ‘Prizes’)
    • 2.1 Every time you play you will be in the chance to win a merchandise depending on the level/score you reach in the Game.
    • 2.2 Every day the person that reaches the highest level, with the most shakes, during that day will win a Daily Grand Prize.
    • 2.3 At the end of the Promotion Period, the winner who did the most shakes and reached the highest level of the Game throughout the Promotion Period will be awarded with a mobile phone (‘Final Grand Prize’).
    • 2.4 The Daily Grand Prize will be further specified and announced every day of the Promotion. The Final Grand Prize will be specified prior to the start of the Promotion.
  • 3. Promotion Period

  • 5. How to participate
    • 5.1. Participants are required to provide their name, surname and mobile number, which shall than be collected again by the Vodafone representative. The details will not be used by third parties and they will only be used for the purpose of this Promotion.
    • 5.2. Each participant will be given console which you will able to Shake. Two LED screens will be placed in the Vodafone area indicating 5 Levels. Depending on the number of shakes you complete with the console, the meter will vary on the screen, indicating the level of the Game reached.
    • 5.3. Depending on the level you reach, you will be awarded a Prize.
  • 6. The Game and Prize:
    • 6.1 In the event that two or more participants end up with the same amount of Shake points, a Shake Off is done to determine the winner for the Grand Prize. This Shake Off may occur in both in the Daily Grand Prize or else in the Final Grand Prize.
    • 6.2 The top person that obtains the most shakes during the day shall be awarded the Daily Grand Prize. For the avoidance of any doubt, there shall only be one (1) Daily Prize per day.
      • 6.2.1 The winner will be contacted on the number provided for in the form (see term 5.1 above) on the same day after 14:00. The participant will be officially announced as the winner of the Daily Prize and will be presented with the Daily Prize (the ‘Daily Prize Winner’). We shall automatically assume that the person is the owner of the participating number. If the person is not the owner of the participating number, then s/he will automatically be deemed as having obtained the consent of the owner.
    • 6.3 The top person that obtains the most shakes during the week shall be awarded the Final Grand Prize. For the avoidance of any doubt, there shall only be one (1) Final Grand Prize
      • 6.3.1 The winner will be contacted on the number provided for in the form (see term 5.1 above) on the last day of the Promotion after 14:00. The participant will be officially announced as the winner of the Grand Prize and will be presented with the Grand Prize (the ‘Final Grand Prize Winner’). We shall automatically assume that the person is the owner of the participating number. If the person is not the owner of the participating number, then s/he will automatically be deemed as having obtained the consent of the owner.
    • 6.4 For the avoidance of doubt if the Daily Grand Prize or Final Grand Prize Winner will not collect the Prize awarded to him/her for any reason whatsoever, we reserved the right to award such Prize to the Participant with the next highest score reached during each day of the Promotion or Promotion Period as applicable.
  • 7. General Terms
    • 7.1 By participating and registering in this Promotion in line with these terms and conditions, you are automatically agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  • 1. Vodafone Malta Limited (‘we’) is offering its new customers joining Vodafone plans and existing Vodafone customer (‘you’), the opportunity to participate in the Vodafone Registration Promotion (the ‘Promotion’) subject to these terms and conditions.

  • 4.Eligibility In order to be eligible for the Promotion, you must be a Vodafone prepaid customer and you need to have your line registered within the specified Promotion Period. Therefore, the Eligible Participants are, either:

  • 5.How to participate

For the avoidance of any doubt this should be either a valid Identification Card or else a Passport.
    • 5.2Once the line is registered, if s/he would like to participate in the Promotion each Eligible Participant will be given a coupon which s/he will able to insert in the competition box present at the store/stand. Only one coupon will be given to each Eligible Participant, onto which coupon, the Eligible Participant shall only insert the newly registered mobile number. This mobile number will only be used by Vodafone to contact the potential winner of the Promotion.
    • 5.3At the end of the Promotion Period, one lucky Participant will be selected at random from the box in the form of a raffle (‘Selected Participant’). Vodafone shall then contact the Selected Participant on a number provided on the coupon and ask a skill question about Vodafone. If the question is answered correctly there and then, the Selected Participant will be officially announced as the winner and will be advised to collect the Prize. We shall automatically assume that the person answering the question is the owner of the Selected Participant’s number that was registered during the Promotion Period. If the person is not the owner of the registered number, then s/he will automatically be deemed as having obtained the consent of the owner. If the question is not answered correctly there and then, another randomly selected participant is chosen and contacted until the Grand Prize can be awarded.
    • 5.4The Grand Prize will be announced on the 10th of December 2018.

These Specific Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between the Head, Member and us and must be read in conjunction with (i) Vodafone General Terms and Conditions, (ii) Vodafone Secure E-Billing Service Terms and Conditions, (iii) Rest of World Vodafone Traveller, (iv) Quality of Service term, (v) 4G Service terms, and any other terms and conditions that might be referred therein. In the event of a conflict between any of the terms these Specific Terms and Conditions supersede the other terms and the applicable precedence thereinafter shall be the order in which the terms are mentioned in this term 3 (highest level of precedence first).
  • 4.Vodafone reserves the right to limit the number of Tariff Plans offered to a single person/legal entity.
  • 5. Tariff Plan and Monthly Access Fee
    • 5.1All rates and charges quoted below are inclusive of VAT but are exclusive of excise tax or any other taxes which may be applicable.
    • 5.2 Upon entering into a two (2) year agreement (‘Agreement’), the Head and the Member will benefit from the discounted Tariff Plan at sixty (€60) Euro each month (‘Discounted Monthly Access Fee’) for a 2-SIM combination of two Monthly Bundles. This Tariff Plan is available only when choosing Direct Debit Mandate (‘DDM’) as a method of payment. The Discounted Monthly Access Fee shall be paid by the Head as further stipulated in term 13 below.
    • 5.3 For the avoidance of any doubt, once the term of the Agreement expires, the Head and the Member will stop benefiting from the discount provided with this Tariff Plan and both their Lines will be migrated to the standalone Monthly Bundles with a monthly access fee of thirty-five (€35) Euros each, both of which shall continue to be payable by the Head.
    • 5.4 In the event that you use your mobile handset before receiving the SMS notification confirming your successful subscription to the Tariff Plan, you shall automatically be charged according to the tariff plan you would be subscribed to prior to this subscription.
  • 6. Monthly Bundle
    • 6.1Upon subscribing to the Tariff Plan you will benefit from the Monthly Bundle that includes:

    • 6.2The above mentioned benefits included in the Monthly Bundle shall be provided on a monthly basis and any unutilised minutes/SMSs/data shall not be carried forward and will be forfeited at the end of the month.
    • 6.3Any usage beyond what is provided in the Monthly Bundle shall be charged at rates set out in term 7 below.
    • 6.4Any activity made towards local premium-rated numbers or other services will not be consumed from the Monthly Bundle and will be charged separately per the rates as set out in term 7.4 below.
    • 6.5 For the first month of the Service, the Monthly Bundle will be allocated on a pro-rata basis. This means that you will pay a proportion of your Monthly Access Fee and you will receive a proportion of the benefits included in the Monthly Bundle, calculated based on the number of days between your sign-up date and the date of the first billing cycle.
    • 6.6 You may check/monitor your Monthly Bundle usage for calls/SMS/data usage originating from Malta by sending a blank SMS to 16290 free of charge. For the avoidance of any doubt, this monitoring is not available whilst roaming and on the first month of activation.
  • 7. Rates outside Monthly Bundle and Information on Charges
    • 7.1The rates and charges provided in this term 7 shall apply to any usage beyond what is provided in the Monthly Bundle, i.e. once you use up your monthly benefits included in Monthly Bundle, or if you use services that are not included therein.
    • 7.2All rates and charges quoted below are inclusive of VAT but are exclusive of excise tax or any other taxes which may be applicable.
    • 7.3 Out of Bundle Rates:

        Service Rate Outside the Monthly Bundle
        Data Usage whilst in Malta & EU Any data usage consumed out of your data allowance will be charged at €5 per 500MB. This bundle will commence once all the data allowance within the tariff is consumed and recur indefinitely until the end of the month.
        International Usage whilst in Malta & EU Any activity beyond benefits provided in your Monthly Bundle (if any) from Malta and the EU towards non-EU countries shall be charged as per term 7.5 below.
      • 7.3.2 RED Tango Data Out of bundle Rates

    • 7.5 International Calls
      • 7.5.1 The charges listed in this term 7.5 shall apply to any international usage (from Malta or from the EU) beyond any allowance included in your Monthly Bundle (if applicable). The following activity shall be charged as indicated in table below:
        • a.Whilst in Malta: Calls/Videocalls/SMS/MMS from Malta to numbers from Selected Countries, Zone1, 2, 3 and 4 countries;
        • b.Whilst in the EU: Any Calls/Videocalls/SMS/MMS from EU to Selected Countries, Zone 2, 3 and 4 shall be charged as indicated below.

  • 8. Roaming:
    • 8.1 The EU roaming benefits provided with this Tariff Plan are subject to the Fair Use Policy in line with the EU Regulations further explained under Term 13.2. of General Terms and Conditions.
    • 8.2 The Monthly Bundle provided with this Tariff Plan does not apply whilst roaming in Rest of World countries. When roaming in Rest of World countries, the Rest of World Vodafone Traveller tariff plan together with the respective terms and conditions shall apply. This is the default tariff when roaming in Rest of World countries on this Tariff Plan. You may not opt out from the Rest of World Vodafone Traveller tariff plan.

  • 9. Administrative charges
    • 9.1 The following administrative charges shall apply in any of the following circumstances when subscribed to this Tariff Plan:

    • 9.2 These charges cover the work involved in processing each request/payment instructions as well as any stationary costs relative thereto.
    • 9.3 The Member can request any services that incur any administrative charge only with Head’s authorisation.
  • 10. Add-On Packs
    • 10.1 Once on this Tariff Plan, you may opt to benefit from Add-On Packs at an additional monthly fee. For more information on which Add-On Packs are available with this Tariff Plan, call 247, free of charge from your handset, visit one of our retail outlets, or visit our website.
    • 10.2 The Member is not entitled to add/remove any Add-Ons to/from any of the Lines.
  • 11. Migration, Termination, Cancellation and Penalties
    • 11.1 Migrations
      • 11.1.1 The Lines can be migrated only between Monthly Bundles that are provided with this Tariff Plan, i.e. RED Tango Data to/from RED Tango Voice as may be applicable. Only the Head is entitled to make such migration in respect of both Lines, and the Member is automatically accepting such conditions.
      • 11.1.2 Any migration to other pay monthly tariff plans (with lower or higher monthly access fee) or to prepaid plans shall be treated as a termination of this Agreement in accordance with term 11.2 below. The Head is entitled to migrate to any other pay monthly tariff plans and therefore terminate this Agreement without Member’s authorisation.
      • 11.1.3 The Member can migrate his/her Line only with the Head’s authorisation subject to the provisions of term 12.1 below.
    • 11.2 Termination
      • 11.2.1 The Head can terminate the Agreement without authorisation from the Member.
      • 11.2.2 Without prejudice to term 15.2 below, the Member does not have the right to terminate the Agreement without the Head’s authorisation.
      • 11.2.3 Should the Agreement be terminated by the Head in accordance with term 11.2.1 above, the Head shall inform the Member that he/she will no longer benefit from this Tariff Plan and the Member will be automatically migrated to the standalone Monthly Bundle with a monthly access fee of thirty-five (€35) Euros. The Member shall be thereinafter responsible to pay any and all charges in relation to such Monthly Bundle. The Member shall visit one of our retail outlets to provide us with his/her personal e-mail address for e-billing purposes and/or to inform us if he/she would like to migrate the Line to another pay monthly or pre-paid plan.
      • 11.2.4 Upon termination of this Agreement the Head will be automatically migrated to the standalone Monthly Bundle with a monthly access fee of thirty-five (€35) Euros. The Head shall be thereinafter responsible to pay any and all charges in relation such Monthly Bundle in accordance with term 14 below. The Head shall visit one of our retail outlets to inform us if he/she would like to migrate the Line to another pay monthly or pre-paid plan.
      • 11.2.5 Should the Agreement be terminated prior to its expiry, the Head shall be liable to pay any applicable penalties as set forth under term 11.4 below and any other charges related to such termination, unless provided otherwise herein.
      • 11.2.6 Should the Member decide to port-out his/her number during the term of the Agreement then the Member shall be liable to pay the penalty as set forth under term 11.4 below.
    • 11.3 Cancellation
      • 11.3.1 Head or Member does not have the right to cancel each other’s Line. The Head has the right to cancel his/her Line, and such cancellation shall be treated as a termination of this Agreement in accordance with term 11.2 above. The Member can cancel its Line only with Head’s authorisation.
    • 11.4 Penalty structure:
      • 11.4.1 A penalty of 30 % of the Discounted Monthly Access Fee x remaining months till the Agreement expiration shall apply upon disconnection and/or termination of this Agreement and payable by the Head or the Member as provided herein.
  • 12. Transfers of Lines
    • 12.1 The Head has the right to remove the Member’s Line from this Tariff Plan and replace it with other line as a new member. For any avoidance of doubt the Head is only allowed to replace the Member once for the duration of the Agreement and to pay a penalty of € 100 for such replacement.
    • 12.2 The removed Member’s Line shall be treated in accordance with term 11.2.3 above and a new member has to accept these Specific Tariff Plans and Conditions.
    • 12.3 The Member can request a change in ownership of his/her Line only if authorised by the Head. The change of ownership of Member’s Line can only happen once for the duration of the Agreement, free of charge, a second change of ownership shall be treated as a replacement of the Member in accordance with term 12.1 above.
    • 12.4 Should the Member port-out his Line in accordance with term 11.2.6 above then the Head will continue benefiting from this Agreement and be given the opportunity to replace the Member that has ported-out, free of charge. Should the Head decide to terminate this Agreement as a result of not finding a replacement for the Member then the Head shall be migrated to a standalone pay-monthly tariff of his choice without incurring any penalty.
  • 13. Renewal
    • 13.1 We do not guarantee that the Agreement can be renewed under the same terms after its expiry.
    • 13.2 Upon expiry of the Agreement you may subscribe to a new tariff plan at that time offered by us.
  • 14. Payment & Billing
    • 14.1 The Head shall be liable to pay all charges incurred in relation to this Tariff Plan, including but not limited to the Discounted Monthly Access Fee, charges for any out of bundle usage incurred from both Lines (including but not limited to any roaming, international and/or donation charges) and all administrative costs.
    • 14.2 For the first month of the Agreement, the Discounted Monthly Access Fee will be calculated on a pro rata basis according to the effective date of the Agreement and shall be charged in arrears together with any out of Bundle Monthly usage. Thereafter, the Discounted Monthly Access Fee will be charged together with any Out of Bundle Monthly usage, and shall be charged in arrears.
    • 14.3 The Head shall subscribe to DDM and provide us with his/her bank account details and authorise us to directly debit any charges incurred in relation to this Tariff Plan, on a monthly basis. Such bank account details can be changed or updated only by the Head.
    • 14.4 The Head is requested to apply for our secure e-billing service by providing us his/her personal e-mail address upon subscription and he/she will receive a monthly notification, informing that an e-bill for both Lines has been issued. If the Head fails to provide us with such email address for e-billing purposes, an administrative fee of €2 per invoice to refund our processing and stationary costs for issuing paper bills shall apply. The personal email address for e-billing purposes can be changed or updated only by the Head.
    • 14.5 The Head will receive invoices for both Lines included in this Tariff Plan. The Member consents that any personal data and tariff related information that are included in the invoice of his/her Line will be disclosed to the Head. Only the Head can request invoice resending and issuing and/or reprinting of statement.
    • 14.6 The Member and the Head acknowledge that only the Head has the right to request and receive an itemized bill for both Lines. The Member can request an itemised bill only in relation to his/her Line subject to term 9.3 above.
    • 14.7 In the event that invoice/s are not being paid by the Head within the stipulated due date, we reserve the right to restrict, suspend, and/or disconnect both Lines without notification. Upon suspension of service, we shall apply administrative charges in accordance with term 9 above.
    • 14.8 If we suspend or disconnect your Line/s because of the failure to pay the invoices, we are entitled to recover any due charges as follows:
      • 14.8.1 We are entitled to recover from the Head any and all charges due in respect of this Tariff Plan.
      • 14.8.2 Should we not be able to recover the charges mentioned in term 14.8.1 above from the Head, we will be entitled to recover from the Member any charges related to his/her Line.
  • 15. General Information on this Tariff Plan
    • 15.1 When subscribe to this Tariff Plan, you are automatically accepting to adhere to these Specific Terms and Conditions.
    • 15.2 We reserve the right to suspend indefinitely or for a definite period, amend/alter/delete or terminate these terms and conditions at any time (collectively the 'Modifications'), by giving you a 30 calendar days’ prior written notice with the proposed amendments/alterations or stating the reason for the Modifications thereof. Should you disagree with the proposed Modifications during the 30-day time-period, you shall have the right to opt-out from your Tariff Plan by informing us of your decision to this effect without incurring any penalties for early termination of your Tariff Plan. Your continued use of the service after the expiration of the 30-day time-period signifies your acceptance of any amendment and you may incur penalties should you decide to opt-out of your Tariff Plan.
    • 15.3 From time to time we may modify the standard settings and/or features of your Tariff Plan to offer an additional value. Such changes might include increasing your data, voice or text allowances or improving your connectivity speeds. In case that such changes are approved and considered to be inherently beneficial by the Malta Communication Authority in accordance with applicable laws, we will inform you about the changes by giving you a 1-day prior written notice and term 14.2 will not apply.
    • 15.4 You are advised to visit our website vodafone.com.mt , call our Customer Care on 247, send us an email on 247.mt@vodafone.com or visit one of our retail outlets or authorised dealers, to learn more about this Tariff Plan.
    • 15.5 This Tariff Plan is intended for individual (i.e. consumer) use only.   • 1. The Vodafone RED M Boost Promo pay monthly tariff plan (‘Tariff Plan’) is offered as a promotional plan by Vodafone Malta Limited (‘we’) to its new and existing customers (‘you’) under these terms and conditions (‘Specific Terms and Conditions’).
  • 2. You may subscribe to the Tariff Plan as from the 4th December 2018. This version of the Specific Terms and Conditions is applicable as from 4th December 2018. This promotion is available till the 13th January 2019, unless extended by us.
  • 3.These Specific terms and conditions form an integral part of your Agreement for the provision of the services included in this Tariff Plan.     • 5.2 Upon entering into a two (2) year agreement ('Agreement'), you can benefit from this tariff plan including monthly benefits (the 'Monthly Bundle'), at fifty-five (€55) Euros each month when choosing Direct Debit Mandate ('DDM') as your method of payment.
    • 5.3 Upon entering into a one (1) year agreement ('Agreement'), you can benefit from the Monthly Bundle at sixty-five (€65) Euros each month when choosing DDM.
    • 5.4 If you wish to benefit from a subsidy on one of our handsets when subscribing to this Tariff Plan, you will be required to sign a two (2) year agreement ('Agreement') and add an additional ten Euros (€10) to the Monthly Access Fee specified in term 5.2 above.
    • 5.5 For the avoidance of doubt, once your Agreement term expires, you will continue benefiting from the Monthly Bundle on a rollover basis at sixty-five (€65) Euros each month when choosing DDM.
    • 5.6 If you do not choose DDM as your method of payment, an administrative fee of one euro and fifty cents (€1.50) will be added to your Monthly Access Fee indicated in term 5.2 or 5.3.
    • 5.7 In the event that you use your mobile handset before receiving the SMS notification confirming your successful subscription to the Monthly Bundle, you shall automatically be charged according to the tariff plan you would be subscribed to prior to this subscription.

When roaming in Rest of World countries, the Rest of World Vodafone Traveller tariff plan together with the respective terms and conditions shall apply. This is the default tariff when roaming in Rest of World countries on this Tariff Plan. You may not opt out from the Rest of World Vodafone Traveller tariff plan.

  • 9. Administrative charges
    • 9.1 The following administrative charges shall apply in any of the following circumstances when subscribed to this Tariff Plan:

    • 10.1 Once on this Tariff Plan, you may opt to benefit from Add-On Packs at an additional monthly fee. For more information on which Add-On Packs are available with this Tariff Plan, call 247, free of charge from your handset, visit one of our retail outlets, or visit our website.
  • 11. Migration, Termination, Cancellation and Penalties
    • 11.1 A penalty and/or the waived cost of the subsidised handset shall apply upon disconnection and termination (prior to the expiration of your Agreement) or upon migration to another pay monthly tariff plan with a lower Monthly Access Fee.
    • 11.2 Penalty structure for 1 year Agreements:

      *In case you are benefiting from a subsidy on one of our handsets (see term 5.4) and you wish to terminate your Agreement, a penalty of not more than €300 and not less than €100 for a device subsidy shall apply. In case you terminate in the last month of your Agreement, the applicable penalty for termination will be equivalent to your Monthly Access Fee.
      ** In case you are benefit from a subsidy on one of our handsets and you wish to downgrade or upgrade your Tariff Plan, the additional subsidy fee for the handset payable in accordance with term 5.4 will be added to your new monthly access fee. If you wish to downgrade or upgrade your Tariff Plan and stop benefiting from a device subsidy, a penalty equivalent to 100% of devices subsidy during the Year 1 of your Agreement and equivalent to 50% of devices subsidy during the Year 2 of your Agreement shall apply.
  • 12. Renewal
    • 12.1 You may renew your Agreement either by calling customer care on 247, free of charge, from your handset, or by visiting one of our retail outlets. The list of our retail outlets may be found on this link: https://www.vodafone.com.mt/vodafonestores
  • 13. Payment
    • 13.1 You are requested to apply for our secure e-billing service by providing us with your personal e-mail address upon subscription and you will receive a monthly notification, informing you that your e-bill has been issued. If you fail to provide us with your personal email address for e-billing purposes, you shall be charged an administrative fee of €2 per invoice to refund our processing and stationary costs for issuing paper bills.
    • 13.2 For the first month of your Agreement, the Access Fee will be calculated on a pro rata basis according to the effective date of your Agreement and shall be charged in arrears together with any out of Monthly Bundle usage. Thereafter you shall be charged the Monthly Access Fee together with any Out of Monthly Bundle usage, and shall be charged in arrears.
  • 14. General Information on this Tariff Plan
    • 14.1 When subscribe to this Tariff Plan, you are automatically accepting to adhere to these Specific Terms and Conditions.
    • 14.2 We reserve the right to suspend indefinitely or for a definite period, amend/alter/delete or terminate these terms and conditions at any time (collectively the 'Modifications'), by giving you a 30 calendar days' prior written notice with the proposed amendments/alterations or stating the reason for the Modifications thereof. Should you disagree with the proposed Modifications during the 30-day time-period, you shall have the right to opt-out from your Tariff Plan by informing us of your decision to this effect without incurring any penalties for early termination of your Tariff Plan, provided that if benefiting from a device subsidy a penalty structure for a device subsidy (term 11.3) applies. Your continued use of the service after the expiration of the 30-day time-period signifies your acceptance of any amendment and you may incur penalties should you decide to opt-out of your Tariff Plan.
    • 14.3 From time to time we may modify the standard settings and/or features of your Tariff Plan to offer an additional value. Such changes might include increasing your data, voice or text allowances or improving your connectivity speeds. In case that such changes are approved and considered to be inherently beneficial by the Malta Communication Authority in accordance with applicable laws, we will inform you about the changes by giving you a 1-day prior written notice and term 14.2 will not apply.
    • 14.4 You are advised to visit our website vodafone.com.mt , call our Customer Care on 247, send us an email on 247.mt@vodafone.com or visit one of our retail outlets or authorised dealers, to learn more about this Tariff Plan.

  • 1. The Vodafone RED Unlimited Lite pay monthly tariff plan (‘Tariff Plan’) is offered by Vodafone Malta Limited ('we') to its new and existing customers ('you') under these terms and conditions (‘Specific Terms and Conditions’).
  • 2. You may subscribe to the Tariff Plan as from the 10th January 2018. This version of the Specific Terms and Conditions is applicable as from 10th January 2018.
  • 3.These Specific terms and conditions form an integral part of your Agreement for the provision of the services included in this Tariff Plan. These Specific Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between the Head, Member and us and must be read in conjunction with (i) Vodafone General Terms and Conditions, (ii) Vodafone Secure E-Billing Service Terms and Conditions, (iii) Rest of World Vodafone Traveller, (iv) Quality of Service term, (vi) Acceptance Usage Policy, (vii) Traffic Management Policy and any other terms and conditions that might be referred therein. In the event of a conflict between any of the terms these Specific Terms and Conditions supersede the other terms and the applicable precedence thereinafter shall be the order in which the terms are mentioned in this term 3 (highest level of precedence first).
  • 4.Vodafone reserves the right to limit the number of Tariff Plans offered to a single person/legal entity. Use of our services is intended for private, personal, and legitimate consumer purposes only in accordance with the above terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to the Acceptance Usage Policy may lead to loss of, or restriction to your service.
  • 5. Tariff Plan and Monthly Access Fee
    • 5.1 All rates and charges quoted below are inclusive of VAT but are exclusive of excise tax or any other taxes which may be applicable.
    • 5.2 Upon entering into a two (2) year agreement ('Agreement'), you can benefit from this tariff plan including monthly benefits (the 'Monthly Bundle'), at forty-nine Euros & ninety-nine cents (€49.99) Euros each month when choosing Direct Debit Mandate ('DDM') as your method of payment.
    • 5.3 Upon entering into a one (1) year agreement ('Agreement'), you can benefit from the Monthly Bundle at fifty-four Euros & ninety nine cents (€54.99) Euros each month when choosing DDM.
    • 5.4 If you wish to benefit from a subsidy on one of our handsets when subscribing to this Tariff Plan, you will be required to sign a two (2) year agreement ('Agreement') and add an additional five Euros (€5) to the Monthly Access Fee specified in term 5.2 above.
    • 5.5 For the avoidance of doubt, once your Agreement term expires, you will continue benefiting from the Monthly Bundle on a rollover basis at fifty-four euros & ninety-nine cents (€54.99) Euros each month when choosing DDM.
    • 5.6 If you do not choose DDM as your method of payment, an administrative fee of one euro and fifty cents ( €1.50) will be added to your Monthly Access Fee indicated in term 5.2 or 5.3.
    • 5.7 In the event that you use your mobile handset before receiving the SMS notification confirming your successful subscription to the Monthly Bundle, you shall automatically be charged according to the tariff plan you would be subscribed to prior to this subscription.
  • 6. Monthly Bundle
    • 6.1Upon subscribing to the Tariff Plan you will benefit from the Monthly Bundle that includes:

    • 6.2 The above mentioned benefits included in the Monthly Bundle shall be provided on a monthly basis and any unutilised minutes/SMSs/data shall not be carried forward and will be forfeited at the end of the month.
    • 6.3 Any usage beyond what is provided in the Monthly Bundle shall be charged at rates set out in term 7 below.
    • 6.4 Any activity made towards local premium-rated numbers or other services will not be consumed from the Monthly Bundle and will be charged separately per the rates as set out in term 7.4 below.
    • 6.5 For the first month of the Service, the Monthly Bundle will be allocated on a pro-rata basis. This means that you will pay a proportion of your Monthly Access Fee and you will receive a proportion of the benefits included in the Monthly Bundle, calculated based on the number of days between your sign-up date and the date of the first billing cycle.
  • 7. Rates outside Monthly Bundle and Information on Charges
    • 7.1 The rates and charges provided in this term 7 shall apply to any usage beyond what is provided in the Monthly Bundle, i.e. once you use up your monthly benefits included in Monthly Bundle, or if you use services that are not included therein.
    • 7.2 All rates and charges quoted below are inclusive of VAT but are exclusive of excise tax or any other taxes which may be applicable.
    • 7.3 Out of Bundle Rates:

        • a.Whilst in Malta: Calls/Videocalls/SMS/MMS from Malta to numbers from Selected Countries, Zone 1, 2, 3 and 4 countries;
        • b.Whilst in the EU: Any Calls/Videocalls/SMS/MMS from EU to Selected Countries, Zone 2, 3 and 4 shall be charged as indicated below.

    • 8.2 The Monthly Bundle provided with this Tariff Plan does not apply whilst roaming in Rest of World countries. When roaming in Rest of World countries, the Rest of World Vodafone Traveller tariff plan together with the respective terms and conditions shall apply. This is the default tariff when roaming in Rest of World countries on this Tariff Plan. You may not opt out from the Rest of World Vodafone Traveller tariff plan.

    • 5.5 For the avoidance of doubt, once your Agreement term expires, you will continue benefiting from the Monthly Bundle on a rollover basis at sixty-five Euros ( €65) each month when choosing DDM.

  • 8. Roaming:
    • 8.1 The EU roaming benefits provided with this Tariff Plan are subject to the Fair Use Policy in line with the EU Regulations further explained under Term 13.2. of General Terms and Conditions.
    • 8.2 The Monthly Bundle provided with this Tariff Plan gives you the benefit of using your data when roaming in Selected Countries. For the avoidance of any doubt, this benefit in Monthly Bundle does not include calls and SMS allowance, therefore any minutes or SMS consumed whilst travelling in the selected countries will be charged as per term 7.5 above.
    • 8.3 The Monthly Bundle provided with this Tariff Plan does not apply whilst roaming in Rest of World countries. When roaming in Rest of World countries, the Rest of World Vodafone Premium Traveller tariff plan together with the respective terms and conditions shall apply. This is the default tariff when roaming in Rest of World countries on this Tariff Plan. You may not opt out from the Rest of World Vodafone Premium Traveller tariff plan.

  • 9. Administrative charges
    • 9.1 The following administrative charges shall apply in any of the following circumstances when subscribed to this Tariff Plan:

    • 10.1 Once on this Tariff Plan, you may opt to benefit from Add-On Packs at an additional monthly fee. For more information on which Add-On Packs are available with this Tariff Plan, call 247, free of charge from your handset, visit one of our retail outlets, or visit our website.
  • 11. Migration, Termination, Cancellation and Penalties
    • 11.1 A penalty and/or the waived cost of the subsidised handset shall apply upon disconnection and termination (prior to the expiration of your Agreement) or upon migration to another pay monthly tariff plan with a lower Monthly Access Fee.
    • 11.2 Penalty structure for 1 year Agreements:

      *In case you are benefiting from a subsidy on one of our handsets (see term 5.4) and you wish to terminate your Agreement, a penalty of not more than €300 and not less than €100 for a device subsidy shall apply. In case you terminate in the last month of your Agreement, the applicable penalty for termination will be equivalent to your Monthly Access Fee.
      **In case you are benefit from a subsidy on one of our handsets and you wish to downgrade or upgrade your Tariff Plan, the additional subsidy fee for the handset payable in accordance with term 5.4 will be added to your new monthly access fee. If you wish to downgrade or upgrade your Tariff Plan and stop benefiting from a device subsidy, a penalty equivalent to 100% of devices subsidy during the Year 1 of your Agreement and equivalent to 50% of devices subsidy during the Year 2 of your Agreement shall apply.
  • 12. Renewal
    • 12.1 You may renew your Agreement either by calling customer care on 247, free of charge, from your handset, or by visiting one of our retail outlets. The list of our retail outlets may be found on this link: https://www.vodafone.com.mt/vodafonestores
  • 13. Payment
    • 13.1 You are requested to apply for our secure e-billing service by providing us with your personal e-mail address upon subscription and you will receive a monthly notification, informing you that your e-bill has been issued. If you fail to provide us with your personal email address for e-billing purposes, you shall be charged an administrative fee of €2 per invoice to refund our processing and stationary costs for issuing paper bills.
    • 13.2 For the first month of your Agreement, the Access Fee will be calculated on a pro rata basis according to the effective date of your Agreement and shall be charged in arrears together with any out of Monthly Bundle usage. Thereafter you shall be charged the Monthly Access Fee together with any Out of Monthly Bundle usage, and shall be charged in arrears.
  • 14. General Information on this Tariff Plan
    • 14.1 When subscribe to this Tariff Plan, you are automatically accepting to adhere to these Specific Terms and Conditions.
    • 14.2 We reserve the right to suspend indefinitely or for a definite period, amend/alter/delete or terminate these terms and conditions at any time (collectively the 'Modifications'), by giving you a 30 calendar days’ prior written notice with the proposed amendments/alterations or stating the reason for the Modifications thereof. Should you disagree with the proposed Modifications during the 30-day time-period, you shall have the right to opt-out from your Tariff Plan by informing us of your decision to this effect without incurring any penalties for early termination of your Tariff Plan, provided that if benefiting from a device subsidy a penalty structure for a device subsidy (term 11.3) applies. Your continued use of the service after the expiration of the 30-day time-period signifies your acceptance of any amendment and you may incur penalties should you decide to opt-out of your Tariff Plan.
    • 14.3 From time to time we may modify the standard settings and/or features of your Tariff Plan to offer an additional value. Such changes might include increasing your data, voice or text allowances or improving your connectivity speeds. In case that such changes are approved and considered to be inherently beneficial by the Malta Communication Authority in accordance with applicable laws, we will inform you about the changes by giving you a 1-day prior written notice and term 14.2 will not apply.

  • 1. The Vodafone RED L Boost pay monthly tariff plan (‘Tariff Plan’) is offered by Vodafone Malta Limited ('we') to its new and existing customers ('you') under these terms and conditions (‘Specific Terms and Conditions’).
  • 2. You may subscribe to the Tariff Plan as from the 10th January 2018. This version of the Specific Terms and Conditions is applicable as from 10th January 2018.
  • 3. These Specific terms and conditions form an integral part of your Agreement for the provision of the services included in this Tariff Plan. These Specific Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between you and us and must be read in conjunction with (i) Vodafone General Terms and Conditions, (ii) Vodafone Secure E-Billing Service Terms and Conditions, (iii) Rest of World Vodafone Traveller, (iv) Quality of Service term, (v) 4G Service terms, and any other terms and conditions that might be referred therein. In the event of a conflict between any of the terms, the applicable precedence shall be the order in which the terms are mentioned in this term 3 (highest level of precedence first).
  • 4. Vodafone reserves the right to limit the number of Tariff Plans offered to a single person/legal entity.
  • 5. Tariff Plan and Monthly Access Fee
    • 5.1 All rates and charges quoted below are inclusive of VAT but are exclusive of excise tax or any other taxes which may be applicable.
    • 5.2 Upon entering into a two (2) year agreement (‘Agreement’), you can benefit from this tariff plan including monthly benefits (the ‘Monthly Bundle’), eighty-five Euros ( €85) each month when choosing Direct Debit Mandate (‘DDM’) as your method of payment.
    • 5.3 Upon entering into a one (1) year agreement(‘Agreement’), you can benefit from the Monthly Bundle at one hundred & five Euros ( €105) each month when choosing DDM.
    • 5.4 If you wish to benefit from a subsidy on one of our handsets when subscribing to this Tariff Plan, you will be required to sign a two (2) year agreement (‘Agreement’) and add an additional twenty Euros ( €20) to the Monthly Access Fee specified in term 5.2 above.
    • 5.5 For the avoidance of doubt, once your Agreement term expires, you will continue benefiting from the Monthly Bundle on a rollover basis at one hundred & five Euros ( €105) each month when choosing DDM.
    • 5.6 If you do not choose DDM as your method of payment, an administrative fee of one euro and fifty cents ( €1.50) will be added to your Monthly Access Fee indicated in term 5.2 or 5.3.
    • 5.7 In the event that you use your mobile handset before receiving the SMS notification confirming your successful subscription to the Monthly Bundle, you shall automatically be charged according to the tariff plan you would be subscribed to prior to this subscription.
  • 6. Monthly Bundle
    • 6.1Upon subscribing to the Tariff Plan you will benefit from the Monthly Bundle that includes:

    • 6.2 The above mentioned benefits included in the Monthly Bundle shall be provided on a monthly basis and any unutilised minutes/SMSs/data shall not be carried forward and will be forfeited at the end of the month.
    • 6.3 Any usage beyond what is provided in the Monthly Bundle shall be charged at rates set out in term 7 below.
    • 6.4 Any activity made towards local premium-rated numbers or other services will not be consumed from the Monthly Bundle and will be charged separately per the rates as set out in term 7.4 below.
    • 6.5 For the first month of the Service, the Monthly Bundle will be allocated on a pro-rata basis. This means that you will pay a proportion of your Monthly Access Fee and you will receive a proportion of the benefits included in the Monthly Bundle, calculated based on the number of days between your sign-up date and the date of the first billing cycle.
  • 7. Rates outside Monthly Bundle and Information on Charges
    • 7.1 The rates and charges provided in this term 7 shall apply to any usage beyond what is provided in the Monthly Bundle, i.e. once you use up your monthly benefits included in Monthly Bundle, or if you use services that are not included therein.
    • 7.2 All rates and charges quoted below are inclusive of VAT but are exclusive of excise tax or any other taxes which may be applicable.

These Specific Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between the Head, Member and us and must be read in conjunction with (i) Vodafone General Terms and Conditions, (ii) Vodafone Secure E-Billing Service Terms and Conditions, (iii) Rest of World Vodafone Traveller, (iv) Quality of Service term, (v) 4G Service terms, and any other terms and conditions that might be referred therein. In the event of a conflict between any of the terms these Specific Terms and Conditions supersede the other terms and the applicable precedence thereinafter shall be the order in which the terms are mentioned in this term 3 (highest level of precedence first).
  • 4.Vodafone reserves the right to limit the number of Tariff Plans offered to a single person/legal entity.
  • 5. Tariff Plan and Monthly Access Fee
    • 5.1 All rates and charges quoted below are inclusive of VAT but are exclusive of excise tax or any other taxes which may be applicable.
    • 5.2 Upon entering into a two (2) year agreement ('Agreement'), you can benefit from this tariff plan including monthly benefits (the 'Monthly Bundle'), at twenty (€20) Euros each month when choosing Direct Debit Mandate ('DDM') as your method of payment.
    • 5.3 Upon entering into a one (1) year agreement ('Agreement'), you can benefit from the Monthly Bundle at twenty-five (€25) Euros each month when choosing DDM.
    • 5.4 If you wish to benefit from a subsidy on one of our handsets when subscribing to this Tariff Plan, you will be required to sign a two (2) year agreement ('Agreement') and add an additional five Euros (€5) to the Monthly Access Fee specified in term 5.2 above.
    • 5.5 For the avoidance of doubt, once your Agreement term expires, you will continue benefiting from the Monthly Bundle on a rollover basis at twenty-five (€25) Euros each month when choosing DDM.
    • 5.6 If you do not choose DDM as your method of payment, an administrative fee of one euro and fifty cents (€1.50) will be added to your Monthly Access Fee indicated in term 5.2 or 5.3.
    • 5.7 In the event that you use your mobile handset before receiving the SMS notification confirming your successful subscription to the Monthly Bundle, you shall automatically be charged according to the tariff plan you would be subscribed to prior to this subscription.
  • 6. Monthly Bundle
    • 6.1Upon subscribing to the Tariff Plan you will benefit from the Monthly Bundle that includes:

      Minutes & SMS to any other local mobile and fixed numbers 100
      When in the EU

    • 6.2 The above mentioned benefits included in the Monthly Bundle shall be provided on a monthly basis and any unutilised minutes/SMSs/data shall not be carried forward and will be forfeited at the end of the month.
    • 6.3 Any usage beyond what is provided in the Monthly Bundle shall be charged at rates set out in term 7 below.
    • 6.4 Any activity made towards local premium-rated numbers or other services will not be consumed from the Monthly Bundle and will be charged separately per the rates as set out in term 7.4 below.
    • 6.5 For the first month of the Service, the Monthly Bundle will be allocated on a pro-rata basis. This means that you will pay a proportion of your Monthly Access Fee and you will receive a proportion of the benefits included in the Monthly Bundle, calculated based on the number of days between your sign-up date and the date of the first billing cycle.
    • 6.6 You may check/monitor your Monthly Bundle usage for calls/SMS/data usage originating from Malta by sending a blank SMS to 16290 free of charge. For the avoidance of any doubt, this monitoring is not available whilst roaming and on the first month of activation.
  • 7. Rates outside Monthly Bundle and Information on Charges
    • 7.1 The rates and charges provided in this term 7 shall apply to any usage beyond what is provided in the Monthly Bundle, i.e. once you use up your monthly benefits included in Monthly Bundle, or if you use services that are not included therein.
    • 7.2 All rates and charges quoted below are inclusive of VAT but are exclusive of excise tax or any other taxes which may be applicable.
    • 7.3 Out of Bundle Rates:
      Service Rate Outside the Monthly Bundle
      When in Malta
      Local Calls €0.25c per minute. Calls lasting less than 1 minute shall be charged at a flat rate of €0.25c per call
      Local SMS €0.05c per SMS
      Calls to the EU €0.25c per minute. Calls lasting less than 1 minute shall be charged at a flat rate of €0.25c per call
      SMS to the EU €0.05c per SMS
      Data Usage Any data usage consumed out of your data allowance will be charged at €5 per 500MB. This bundle will commence once all the data allowance within the tariff is consumed and recur indefinitely until the end of the month.
      International Usage Any activity beyond benefits provided in your Monthly Bundle (if any) from Malta to abroad shall be charged as per term 7.5 below.
      Whilst in the EU
      Calls to Malta and EU €0.25c per minute. Calls lasting less than 1 minute shall be charged at a flat rate of €0.25c per call
      SMS to Malta and EU €0.05c per SMS
      Data Usage Any data usage consumed out of your data allowance will be charged at €5 per 500MB. This bundle will commence once all the data allowance within the tariff is consumed and recur indefinitely until the end of the month.
      International Usage Any activity beyond benefits provided in your Monthly Bundle (if any) from EU towards non-EU countries shall be charged as per term 7.5 below.
    • 7.4 Rates for Other Services applicable in Malta and EU

    • 7.5 International Calls
      • 7.5.1 The charges listed in this term 7.5 shall apply to any international usage (from Malta or from the EU) beyond any allowance included in your Monthly Bundle (if applicable). The following activity shall be charged as indicated in table below:
        • a. Whilst in Malta: Calls/Videocalls/SMS/MMS from Malta to numbers from Zone1, 2, 3 and 4 countries;
        • b. Whilst in the EU: Any Calls/Videocalls/SMS/MMS from EU Zone 2, 3 and 4 shall be charged as indicated below.

  • 8. Roaming:
    • 8.1 The EU roaming benefits provided with this Tariff Plan are subject to the Fair Use Policy in line with the EU Regulations further explained under Term 13.2. of General Terms and Conditions.
    • 8.2 The Monthly Bundle provided with this Tariff Plan does not apply whilst roaming in Rest of World countries. When roaming in Rest of World countries, the Rest of World Vodafone Traveller tariff plan together with the respective terms and conditions shall apply. This is the default tariff when roaming in Rest of World countries on this Tariff Plan. You may not opt out from the Rest of World Vodafone Traveller tariff plan.

  • 9. Administrative charges
    • 9.1 The following administrative charges shall apply in any of the following circumstances when subscribed to this Tariff Plan:

      Late Payment Penalty €2 penalty shall apply for every invoice that is not paid within the due date stated on the invoice
    • 9.2 These charges cover the work involved in processing each request/payment instructions as well as any stationary costs relative thereto.
  • 10. Add-On Packs
    • 10.1 Once on this Tariff Plan, you may opt to benefit from Add-On Packs at an additional monthly fee. For more information on which Add-On Packs are available with this Tariff Plan, call 247, free of charge from your handset, visit one of our retail outlets, or visit our website.
  • 11. Migration, Termination, Cancellation and Penalties
    • 11.1 A penalty and/or the waived cost of the subsidised handset shall apply upon disconnection and termination (prior to the expiration of your Agreement) or upon migration to another pay monthly tariff plan with a lower Monthly Access Fee.
    • 11.2 Penalty structure for 1 year Agreements:

      Downgrades 30% of the difference in Monthly Access Fee x remaining months

    • 11.3 Penalty structure for 2 year Agreements:

      *In case you are benefiting from a subsidy on one of our handsets (see term 5.4) and you wish to terminate your Agreement, a penalty of not more than €200 and not less than €50 for a device subsidy shall apply. In case you terminate in the last month of your Agreement, the applicable penalty for termination will be equivalent to your Monthly Access Fee.
      **In case you are benefit from a subsidy on one of our handsets and you wish to downgrade or upgrade your Tariff Plan, the additional subsidy fee for the handset payable in accordance with term 5.4 will be added to your new monthly access fee. If you wish to downgrade or upgrade your Tariff Plan and stop benefiting from a device subsidy, a penalty equivalent to 100% of devices subsidy during the Year 1 of your Agreement and equivalent to 50% of devices subsidy during the Year 2 of your Agreement shall apply.
  • 12. Renewal
    • 12.1 You may renew your Agreement either by calling customer care on 247, free of charge, from your handset, or by visiting one of our retail outlets. The list of our retail outlets may be found on this link: https://www.vodafone.com.mt/vodafonestores
  • 13. Payment
    • 13.1 You are requested to apply for our secure e-billing service by providing us with your personal e-mail address upon subscription and you will receive a monthly notification, informing you that your e-bill has been issued. If you fail to provide us with your personal email address for e-billing purposes, you shall be charged an administrative fee of €2 per invoice to refund our processing and stationary costs for issuing paper bills.
    • 13.2 For the first month of your Agreement, the Access Fee will be calculated on a pro rata basis according to the effective date of your Agreement and shall be charged in arrears together with any out of Monthly Bundle usage. Thereafter you shall be charged the Monthly Access Fee together with any Out of Monthly Bundle usage, and shall be charged in arrears.
  • 14. General Information on this Tariff Plan
    • 14.1 When subscribe to this Tariff Plan, you are automatically accepting to adhere to these Specific Terms and Conditions.
    • 14.2 We reserve the right to suspend indefinitely or for a definite period, amend/alter/delete or terminate these terms and conditions at any time (collectively the 'Modifications'), by giving you a 30 calendar days’ prior written notice with the proposed amendments/alterations or stating the reason for the Modifications thereof. Should you disagree with the proposed Modifications during the 30-day time-period, you shall have the right to opt-out from your Tariff Plan by informing us of your decision to this effect without incurring any penalties for early termination of your Tariff Plan, provided that if benefiting from a device subsidy a penalty structure for a device subsidy (term 11.3) applies. Your continued use of the service after the expiration of the 30-day time-period signifies your acceptance of any amendment and you may incur penalties should you decide to opt-out of your Tariff Plan.
    • 14.3 From time to time we may modify the standard settings and/or features of your Tariff Plan to offer an additional value. Such changes might include increasing your data, voice or text allowances or improving your connectivity speeds. In case that such changes are approved and considered to be inherently beneficial by the Malta Communication Authority in accordance with applicable laws, we will inform you about the changes by giving you a 1-day prior written notice and term 14.2 will not apply.
    • 14.4 You are advised to visit our website vodafone.com.mt, call our Customer Care on 247, send us an email on 247.mt@vodafone.com or visit one of our retail outlets or authorised dealers, to learn more about this Tariff Plan.
    • 14.5 This Tariff Plan is intended for individual (i.e. consumer) use only. Terms and Conditions: X Factor Live Show Tickets Competition

Vodafone Malta Limited (“we”) is launching X Factor Live Show Tickets Competition (the “Competition”) through Vodafone Malta Facebook page, subject to these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). By entering this Competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions


Competition Period:

The Competition will start on the 03/01/2019 with the announcement (the “Announcement”) on the official Facebook page of Vodafone Malta.

The closing date of the competition is 18/01/2019 at 17:00 (the “Closing Date”). All entries received after the Closing Date will be invalid.

The competition will recur every week of January from the Announcement. Fifteen (15) pairs of tickets will be awarded every week on Friday 4th, 11th, and 18th of January, for the corresponding live shows of the same week on Sunday 6th, 13th, and 20th of January.


Eligibility
  • a. Participants must be aged 18 or over.
  • b. Participation is free of charge. Internet access is required, and so you may incur costs depending upon your mobile/internet tariff.
  • c. No person may enter the Competition more than once and persons may not enter on behalf of any other person.
  • d. Entries which are incomplete or misspelt are void and will not be entered into this Competition.

How to enter

To enter the Competition, participants must:

  • 1. Download Shake X Factor app (the “App”).
  • 2. Find the “X Factor Live Show Tickets Competition” code in the App
  • 3. Write the found unedited code in the comments section of the Announcement on the official Facebook page of Vodafone Malta

Selection of the winner:
  • 1. The first 15 participants who write the correct and unedited Code found in the App, in the comments section of the Announcement will be selected as the Winner of the Contest.
  • 2. The selection will be made based on the comment timestamp provided by Facebook

Notification and acceptance of the prize
  • 1. The winners will be notified (“Winner Notification”) in a form of a reply to their comment under the Announcement within the five (5) days after the Closing Date.
  • 2. Each Winner must confirm acceptance of the Prize within 48 hours of Winner Notification and must confirm eligibility
  • 3. If a Winner cannot be contacted or do not confirm acceptance of the Prize within 48 hours of Winner Notification as per the above clause, the Prize will be forfeited and the new winner will be picked from the remaining Participants using the same selection criteria.

The Prize
  • 1. There will be 15 winners each week and each will be awarded with a pair of tickets to attend the X Factor Malta Live Show
  • 2. The X Factor Malta Live Shows will be held on the 6th, 13th, and 20th of January 2019. The exact address of the venue will be communicated to the Winner together with the collection of the Prize. Winners will be asked to visit one of Vodafone Stores to collect the Prize. We reserve the right to verify the Winner’s identity prior to awarding the Prize.
  • 3. The Prizes cannot be exchanged in return for cash or any other products and/or services.

Publicity and Personal Information
  • a. We may require all the winners to participate in photo, recording, video and/or film session(s), but we will not do this without the Winners’ consent.

General
  • 1. We reserve the right to stop, suspend, amend or otherwise alter this Promotion and these terms and conditions at any time, by giving you adequate prior notice, and Vodafone shall not be held liable, for any reason whatsoever, if the Promotion is terminated, cancelled and/or postponed to another date. In this event we shall not affect any refunds and furthermore we shall not be obliged to offer an alternative.
