After quoting your password to our Customer Care Representatives, your connection will be barred from making outgoing calls.If on a monthly plan we can also apply an IMEI (serial number) block to stop anyone else from using your phone.The monthly access fee is still chargeable even though your connection is barred.If you recover your phone, you will need to contact us to unbar your SIM card. If you have asked for an IMEI block on the phone as well, this may be unblocked straight away.To block the SIM card until further notice or should you have forgotten your password, you may also visit our Retail and Customer Care Outlets who will also bar your connection upon verification of an ID Document.
